How it works

Quick call

We confirm headcount, budget, current plan, and what matters most (cost, network, copays, etc.).

We shop for you

We quote major carriers and build 2-3 options based on your group’s demographics. You get clean numbers.

Review + decision

You decide which plans to offer and whether the employer contributes. We then handle rollout and enrollment.

Your business is complete

When benefits are set up right, employees stay longer, miss fewer days, and you spend less time hiring. You get stability, not constant turnover.

Questions

What plans can we offer?

Fully insured group health, level-funded plans, and voluntary benefits like dental, vision, life, disability, accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness. Everything can be packaged or offered à la carte.

Do I have to contribute?

The magic question. For groups under 50 employees, all benefits can be offered with no employer contribution. For companies that do contribute, packages are completely flexible.

What’s the difference between fully insured and level-funded?

Fully insured is the traditional route with a fixed monthly premium and predictable budgeting. Level-funded is a hybrid option that can lower costs for healthier groups.

We already have benefits, why switch?

Most groups don’t have the time to review options, so they overpay or miss better structures. A quick comparison can confirm you’re in a good spot or show a clear upgrade.
